So in celebration of the month of love, here are 30 tiny, yet MIGHTY, Self-Care tasks that both celebrate and appreciate the most important relationship: Yourself! Myth: I won't burn as many calories in a weight training class as I would in a traditional cardiovascular class.
Fact: Although resistance training does not result in significant immediate caloric expenditure, it does positively impact lean body mass and resting metabolic rate(1).
