Guest Blogging Guidelines

My blog is intended to promote Health, Wellness and Fitness information that is fact-checked, helpful and fun! If you are interested in having your work published, please follow the below guidelines:

Submissions should:
  • Be 100% original and not published anywhere else. I check :)
  • Be well-written, clear, interesting, fun and above all, inline with the Blog's fields
  • Provide attribution for all data or statistics cited with a hyperlink.
  • Not be overly self-promotional.
  • No more than one link to your company's website in the body of the post.
  • Include a one- to two-sentence author bio with a head shot.
  • Include all images as separate attachments.
  • All images must have appropriate attribution


Submissions Should NOT be:
  • Anything that's been covered on this blog before. Please do a search of our site before submitting your articles.
  • Anything that may be construed as a link-building scheme.
  • Anything that's too promotional for your company or organization.
  • Anything that's offensive or inaccurate.
  • Anything that's overly critical of individuals or companies.

How to Submit Your Post:
Please email with the following:
  • Your completed post as Word Doc.
  • Image files (with attribution) in a separate folder. 
  • Short author bio including a maximum of one anchor text link to your own website.
  • If your article meets editorial standards and aligns with our content strategy, we will respond to let you know your article will be published. That process may take up to 2 to 3 business days.
