TTC: The Total Transformation Challenge, also known as the "Challenge," is a 12-week weight loss challenge focused on building healthy habits. Each week is carefully structured with specific goals to guide your progress. The more goals you successfully accomplish, the greater your weight loss results will be. As a Personal Trainer, I recognized the need to not only guide clients in making better choices but also educate them about how the body responds to change, the time it takes, and the necessary steps to stay on track. This realization motivated me to develop the Total Transformation Challenge method. How Does the Challenge work? The challenge consists of three main components, each described in detail below: Preparation The preparation phase of the challenge is crucial and holds equal significance to the actual challenge. It sets the stage by providing a clear understanding of what lies ahead, eliminating surprises. It aids in establishing a supportive network to ensure you stay on track throughout the journey. Weekly Goals Every week, the Challenge begins with a set of goals aimed at promoting increased activity, healthier eating, and the development of lifelong healthy habits. Weekly Weigh-In Each week of the Challenge concludes with a Weigh-In, providing a valuable opportunity to assess your progress, track completed goals, share your thoughts, get feedback from your Trainer and prepare for the upcoming week of the challenge.
