What is the Total Transformation Challenge (TTC)?
In a nutshell, it’s a program that can help you see real healthy results by following specific weekly goals for 12 weeks.
Can anyone do the Challenge?
For the online program, you must have a BMI of 25 or more to be able to participate. Check your BMI here.
What if I am not looking to lose weight, can I go by the amount of body fat I lose or muscle mass I gain?
The Total Transformation Challenge is versatile enough to help you with most fitness goals. For the current online launch, it’s limited to weight loss and body fat percentage reduction, but as the program expands online we will roll out other fitness areas.
When can I start?
As soon as you are ready to make changes! However, we recommend allowing one week of preparation before starting the actual Challenge.
How do I successfully finish the Challenge (how to be a Finalist)?
Really Simple! Follow the weekly goals to the best you can, try to complete your weekly weigh-ins, and repeat for 12 weeks! If you lose 10% or more, get your final weight verified, share your success story then you are a Finalist and you are qualified for an award.
I DON’T WANT MY PICTURE BLASTED ALL OVER THE internet. DO I REALLY HAVE TO TAKE A PICTURE?
An “Initial Weigh-In” picture is required to verify the accuracy of the reported first weigh-in (only in TTC Awards, Pro, Pro+). It will NEVER be used for any other purpose. If you become a Finalist, you will have the option to share your success story. If you still don't want to share that, then your picture will only be used for the initial weigh-in and will never be shared anywhere.
