Now that we are in the holiday season, weight gain is going to be a concern for many. Time limitation is also going to be an obstacle with everything that is going on; like shopping, family, holiday parties, etc. To help fight the potential excess calories that this time brings, I am rolling out the simple fitness challenge (below):
Set up a goal that you know you can achieve but will be challenging to maintain. If you missed a day, don't worry, make up whatever you missed on the following days. Attached is a simple one-month log for your convenience (post a picture of your training log to our FB page on December 31st)
For me, I am planning the following: 1,000 squats, 1,000 push ups, 1,000 pull ups, 1,000 sit ups. This breaks down to roughly 35 repetitions of each exercise a day.
Going through a consistent challenge like the one above during the holidays, not only can help you lose weight, but it will also give you a strong head start to your New Year's resolution!
Happy Healthy Transformation!
