Homemade Peanut Butter Recipe

​Ingredients:

• 1 lb of dry roasted, unsalted peanuts
• 3 tbsp honey
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

• For Smooth Peanut Butter (Pictured): In a high-speed blender combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
• For Chunky Peanut Butter: Take 2 tbsp of peanuts (from the above 1lb) and crush them into small pieces and set a side.
• Blend rest of ingredients until smooth.
• Add crushed peanuts and mix well for a chunky peanut butter.
