A healthy dish that is, in my humble opinion, no house should be without.

It's abundant with vitamins, has more potassium than a banana, it's loaded with heart-healthy monounsaturated fatty acids, It has a good amount of fiber, it can help lower cholesterol and triglycerides levels, and it adds a rich and great flavor to any dish.
No wonder some call it a superfood!
