Granola Greek Yogurt Parfait

Vegetarian / High Carbs
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups Granola (see Homemade Healthy Granola recipe)
  • 2 cups blueberries or any other favorite fruit. (Fresh or frozen is fine)
  • 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • Low-calorie or no-calorie sweetener to taste

Directions:
  • Split the above ingredients into 4 equal jars
  • Stack them up (as pictured) for an awesome on-the-go meal
