We all know that breakfast is the champion of all meals, but let's be real - it's often neglected, especially by busy professionals.
But hey, no judgement here.

Today, I'm not here to preach about why breakfast is important or scold you for skipping it. Instead, get ready to buckle up because I'm about to reveal a breakfast hack that will rock your world (Maybe not, but it's super cool!)

This game-changing meal not only fuels your body but also sets you up for a productive day. So, grab a mason jar and get ready to prepare an awesome breakfast.


To start with, here are three benefits of this breakfast in a jar:

  1. Time-Saving: Overnight oats in a jar are an ideal breakfast option for busy individuals who do not have time to prepare breakfast in the morning. The preparation is done the night before, and all that's required in the morning is to grab the jar and go. This saves you valuable time that can be used for other important things.
  2. Healthy: Overnight oats contain whole grains, fiber, and protein. These nutrients help to keep you feeling full and satisfied for longer periods, reducing the likelihood of snacking on unhealthy foods before lunchtime. Blueberries Banana Oatmeal

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 banana, slicced
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey
Instructions:
  • In a mason jar, layer the oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, banana, blueberries, chia seeds, and honey.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • In the morning, give the oatmeal a stir and enjoy cold or microwave for 30 seconds to warm it up.
