My biggest challenge is trying to have dinner earlier after working late and the weight doesn't come off as easy as it once did . What motivated you to stay on the course? I stayed motivated by watching the leader board and being held accountable with my teammate .I also feel so much better when I go to the gym . Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed! My diet changed a little by cutting out carbs for dinner . What advice could you give to others that want the same results? Stop making excuses about how and why you can't work out and eat healthy .It’s never too late to get started. Look up and read about other people that have lost weight and how they did it . I can guarantee you'll feel so much better once you start seeing results .Stop in and visit Rami . How is this experience going to affect you going forward? This challenge was really just a wakeup call to not stop going to the gym . It didn't take too long to lose the strength gained. |
