#1 Diet was the biggest challenge staying on track while watching people around me
Eat pasta, pancakes home fries and all that stuff I really like.
#2 After watching the leader board I thought I had a chance if I stuck with it. Rami kept pushing me to do more than I had wanted to do or even what I thought was possible.
#3 Three weeks ago I cut out all Carbs and fats .I only ate chicken, broccoli, asparagus and salads.
#4 Keep track of what you eat and take one day at a time .Have one or two days to eat what you want .Then get back track and exercise at least 3 days a week.
#5 I like having more energy and feeling this way. I will definitely pay more attention to my daily calorie/fat intake.
