What was your biggest challenge / obstacle (s)?
My biggest challenge was the diet and cutting out the snacking after work and cutting back on the pasta and bread after lunch.

What motivated you to stay on the course?
Staying on course was easy as soon as I started seeing results and watching my points rise. Being part of a team is a huge motivation because we were always pushing each other.

Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed!
I cut out pasta, potatoes and fats from Monday through Thursday and cut down on portions during the weekends. When I wanted a snack I would choose a healthy snack instead of the normal crackers and cheese or chips and dip.

What advice could you give to others that want the same results?
Exercise 3 or 4 days a week doing cardio and weight training. Do something you really enjoy like cycling or walking .Try and mix it up a little so you do not get bored with your workouts. Keep track of what you eat. Make your biggest part of your meal a salad or some other healthy vegetable along with a lean protein. Do not eat pasta or bread after 12pm. Cut of processed food you eat.

How is this experience going to affect you going forward?
I like being active and working out so I just need work harder on managing my diet.
