Going to the gym after work. All I wanted to was go home but I push through and go and felt better once I was done. What motivated you to stay on the course? Having a great teammate. We are both very competitive, it helps. They are there to encourage you when you don’t want to do it. Also seeing success with weight loss and gaining strength is great motivation. Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed! Yes. Less carbs and smaller portions. Simple but hard. What advice could you give to others that want the same results? Do the challenge it works. Rami has made it simple, you follow along and beginner or advanced you will see results. You just have to push through the feelings of wanting to quit. You have to make a change to see change. How is this experience going to affect you going forward? I have not been able to lose weight and keep it off in 25 years. I will keep going forward doing challenges because I refuse to gain the weight back. I know if I stop I will go back to the old ways and gain the weight back. |
