Biggest Challenges:
My biggest challenge/obstacle was to stay on the same course as my last challenge and that was to remain a nonsmoker. In fact it will be 15 months on May 4 and I feel great!

On Motivation:
What motivated you to stay on course well my first challenge I lost 7lbs this time I tripled that just knowing that I could work harder and feel better.

Dietary Changes:
Did my diet change? Absolutely! I lost 24lbs by just cutting down on my carbs and sugar intake!

Advice to Others:
What advice could I give others that want the same results: did you know that the EWC is Open for employees m-f 3pm-9pm sat 9am-1pm and your trainer is the one and only Rami

Going Forward:
How is this experience going to affect me going on its only going to make me feel better knowing that yes I could make a difference?
