Improvement: 12 lbs Weight Loss / 2% Reduction of Body Fat Time: 3 months Program: 2013 / 2014 / 2015 Total Transformation Challenge What was your biggest challenge / obstacle (s)? My biggest challenge was “competing” agendas. I love coming to the gym and also have late meetings at work that require my presence. It wasn’t about the eating or the dedication to the program. Even on a day that I was most tired or at a later meeting I had to overcome the urge to stick with it. What motivated you to stay on the course? For me it is the comradery at the gym that keeps me coming back. Oh yeah, my new muscle tone helps too! Lol. I see a big difference in the way that my body looks and I love it! Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed! I don’t eat a lot of white flour carbs at all so that was never the issue. It’s the sweets that I am addicted to. I substituted berries for chocolate. I know, no comparison, but after awhile I no longer craved chocolate. What advice could you give to others that want the same results? Stay the course. If you stick with the program you will be amazed with the results! How is this experience going to affect you going forward? I have to work out to feel good. I will continue with my exercise routine. |
