What motivated you to stay on the course? My health and I’m 40years old didn’t want to get any bigger. Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed! My diet changed totally, from me eating 3 and 4 burgers a day at McDonalds or Burger King to not even going to the fast food to eat, I no longer drink soda and my meals are for one person not 4. I learned how to control my cravings at night not easy but I do. What advice could you give to others that want the same results? First of all you need to want to be better and positive no matter what. Keep going make it fun, look at yourself and tell yourself you could do it. Make yourself your own hero. Don’t get me wrong it’s not easy but you could do anything you put your mind to do. Join the Challenge and push yourself every day and you will see the difference. Don’t give up. How is this experience going to affect you going forward? Well I got to buy new clothes every month now so it affects my pocket. Lol |
