My biggest challenge was starting and changing my habits of eating and myself. What motivated you to stay on the course? I couldn't get up from my bed easily had to pull myself and roll from bed just to get up, couldn't tie my shoes or even to put them on I needed help for that, but now since I started and changed my habits of eating and exercising I smile every day because now I jump from my bed to get up and it's so easy to tie my shoes now don't need no help now. I don't want to go back to my old habits I'm happy and I want to be happier. This is my motivation every day. Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed! Yes, no craving of soda, I drink at least one gallon of water a day, I don't get up in the middle of the night to eat. I make my food from scratch. What advice could you give to others that want the same results? First of all you it's going to be hard and it gets harder but don't think about it like obligation this is a life style. You will feel great. Take it day by day. Don't leave for tomorrow what you could do today. How is this experience going to affect you going forward? This experience don't affect me it inspires me to keep going. If I stop it will affect me. |
