Time and Commitment – I work long hours but its important to take personal time for your health. We work long hours at an intense pace and exercise provides the stamina needed to keep up and stay healthy. What motivated you to stay on the course? Being a part of a team is important. Your team mates encourage and help to keep you on track. You do not want to disappoint your team mates. Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed! Yes – No carb’s after 5pm; less sugar and more protein What advice could you give to others that want the same results? Like any good thing in life you have to work hard to achieve success. You have to stay committed otherwise you can never achieve your goal. Exercise and eating habits are the most difficult thing to work on since sitting on the couch and eating snacks is so much easier to do. How is this experience going to affect you going forward? It is an important part of my life. |
