What motivated you to stay on the course? Love the challenges. I like to compete. They made me push myself harder than I normally would if I was at the gym alone. Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed! Not going to lie, my diet didn’t really change. What advice could you give to others that want the same results? Join a team. Even if you don’t feel like working out one day, you make yourself go just so you don’t disappoint a team member. Then you end up having an awesome workout. How is this experience going to affect you going forward? I am excited to continue my transformation. I love pushing myself forward to a better healthier person.
