Improvement: Strength Improvement Time: 3 months Program: 2018 Total Transformation Challenge - Summer Challenge What was your biggest challenge / obstacle (s)? Eating healthy. I love carbs especially after working a 12 hour shift. Trying to limit my carb intake at night was difficult. What motivated you to stay on the course? My teammates! I enjoy working out on my days off, but having an awesome motivated team made me push myself harder than I normally would. Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed! My diet changed at dinner. I still enjoyed my breakfast and lunch, but I limited my carb intake in the evening. What advice could you give to others that want the same results? Do it! Everyone comes out a winner when you improve your health. How is this experience going to affect you going forward? I learned to push myself harder than I was thanks to Rami and this challenge. |
