What was your biggest challenge / obstacle (s)?
My biggest challenge was passing up going out to eat with friends. Avoiding special meals .
What motivated you to stay on the course?
My blood pressure was rising over the last few years I was very concerned . Now that I’m 25 Pounds thinner and on a regular exercise routine my blood pressure is much better . I’ve even decreased the medication I was previously taking :)
Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed!
My diet has been lean protein lots of veggies and some fruit and dairy . I try and avoid all empty carbs I drink plenty of water every day.
What advice could you give to others that want the same results?
With encouragement from others in the challenge, especially our Wellness Center Trainer , you can improve your health too!
How is this experience going to affect you going forward?
I’m going to continue my same plan and try and reach a new goal . I’ll continue to use the Employee Wellness Center!
