Losing weight of one or two pounds per week got me motivated to continue with the course. It’s a sign that those hard workouts are paying off. Yes! I eat a lot more in smaller portions and more frequently. I did increase my intake of fresh fruits and vegetables, I learned to watch what food I ate, specially staying away from food that contained High Fructose Corn Syrup, Glucose, Sucrose, Maltose, Dextrose, Honey, Fruit Concentrate and Natural Sugar Cane, which helps me to limit my sugar intake and drinking lots and lots of water. By staying committed and focused on your goals and be true to yourself. Accept that you need to change your life style, involve your family members to support you with your goals. Once they see your results of weight loss they will be encouraged and join you as well to be healthy and strong. Let’s put it this way, if I was able to do it, you could do it as well. It’s easy to go back to where I was before, but from where I am right now, I feel better and healthier. Beside, this is only the beginning of being healthy. I won’t stop now but to continue the hard work I have done. |
