What was your biggest challenge / obstacle (s)?
My biggest challenge was to stay focus on my calorie intake and to fight my cravings of sweets and fast foods.
What motivated you to stay on the course?
The strength challenges- which pushed me how far I could do a certain challenged like doing pushed ups, normally I just could do 15-20 times but with the challenges Iwas able to do 50 push ups and that's amazing I could not believe but I did.

Did your diet change? if so, how?
Yes, I eat a lot more in smaller portions and eat more frequently, Increase my intake of fresh fruits and vegetables, being an Asian I do eat a lot of white rice so I switched to brown rice to cut the calories down and I stayed away from sweets, sodas, chips and junk foods.
What advice could you give to others that want the same results?
By staying committed and focus on your goals you could transform and challenge yourself to eat and live healthy life style, if I was able to do it, you could do it too.
How is this experience going to affect you going forward?
It's easy to go back from where I were before, but from where I am right now, I feel better and healthier, now I enjoy exercising and most of all I have all the strength to cope up with my very energetic daughter.
