TTC Rules - Online Challenges
First Things First:
IMPORTANT - MUST READ: You should consult your physician or other healthcare professional before starting this or any other diet program to determine if it is right for your needs. This is particularly true if you (or your family) have a history of high blood pressure or heart disease, or if you have ever experienced chest pain when exercising or have experienced chest pain in the past month when not engaged in physical activity, smoke, have high cholesterol, are obese, or have a bone or joint problem that could be made worse by a change in physical activity. Do not start this program if your physician or health care provider advises against it. If you experience faintness, dizziness, pain or shortness of breath at any time while exercising you should stop immediately.

Eligibility:
- Open to U.S. residents who are 18 years or older.
- Must have a BMI of 25 or higher to participate (Check Your BMI Here.)
Registration:
- Registration must be completed before the 1st day of the program.
- Late registration will not extend the ending time of the challenge.
- Your registration information is kept confidential unless you opt to share it with others. We can't display any of your information without your consent.
Weigh-In (Initial, Weekly, and Final):
- Initial Weigh-In is mandatory and must be completed PRIOR to the start of the 1st day of the program. No registration to the program will be accepted without the initial Weigh-In.
- Verification of the Initial weigh-in is done via pictures (in certain circumstances, further verification might be needed and is done via Zoom.)
- Weekly Weigh-In: once the Challenge starts you will be reminded to complete a Weigh-In once a week. Weekly Weigh-Ins are highly recommended, but not mandatory.
- Weekly Weigh-In should be completed and updated to the website no later than 11:59 PM EST on Sunday of every week during the program.
- Final Weigh-In is mandatory and must be completed and updated to the website NO LATER THAN 11:59 PM EST on the last Sunday of the program.
- Verification of the Final weigh-in is also done via pictures (in certain circumstances, further verification might be needed and is done via Zoom.)
Pictures and Privacy:
- Your Initial Weigh-In and Final Weigh-In pictures will be used to authenticate your starting weight. Authentication of your picture will be done by RAMfitness’s staff or an authorized affiliate.
- Your Initial Weigh-In and Final “After” pictures will be used to promote the program only if you are a Finalist. If this requirement is a concern, then please do not register for this program.
- Initial Weigh-In Pictures: In order to verify your initial weigh-in, the Initial Weigh-in pictures must be taken by following the precise instructions below. These instruction are in place to help insure accurate weigh-in numbers from all participants. Read Complete Weigh-In Verification Instructions Here
- Final Weigh-In Pictures: In order to qualify as a Finalist you must submit your final weigh-in information which include your Final “After” pictures. “Final” Weigh-in pictures must be taken by following the precise instructions below. Weekly Goals, Print outs & Reminders:
- Once you complete your registration, you will be added to participants-only distribution list / website where you will get your weekly goals, logs, nutrition plan, workout and all materials necessary to help you complete your challenge.
- All Weekly Goals, Inspirational Emails, and Weigh-In reminders will be send to you via email
Fees, Charity Contributions, Awards, Disqualifications, and Refunds:
- The cost of the program is considered your Registration Fee.
- Program Fees (when available): Program Fees are 45% of each participant Registration Fee (For example, if the registration fee is $180 then $81 is deducted as a Program Fee and the rest added towards the award pool)
- Award Pool (when available): Final tally of the award amount depends on the total number participants in the group minus the program fees.
- Charity contributions (when): Charity Contributions is 5% of the program's total award (i.e. using the above example, the registration fee is $180, and there were 10 participants, then the program's award pool is $990 ($180 x 10 participants minus program fees 45%). Charity contribution is 5% of the program award (in this example, it would be 5% of $990 which is $49.50)
- Charity contribution (if available) is awarded to the charity of choice of the participant with the most weight loss of that program.
- FINALIST: To qualify for any award (To be a Finalist): the participant(s) must (1) reach the minimum required 10% weight-loss (2) have the final weigh-in verified (3) submit "After" pictures (4) agree to share their success story on a social media platform like facebook or instagram
- Finalists must submit their final Weigh-In and their final verification pictures to the website NO LATER THAN 11:59 PM EST on the last Sunday of the program.
- No Weigh-In or picture submission will be accepted after the end of the Challenge and those participants will be excluded from the award.
- Qualified Finalist(s) “After” pictures must meet the Final pictures requirement in order to qualify for an award. Read Complete Final Weigh-In Verification Instructions Here
- Qualified Finalist(s) must agree to share their success pictures (Initial Pictures and Final Pictures) in return for any award.
- If more than one participant reaches the minimum required 10% weight-loss, the award pool (when available) will then be divided among all verified participants who achieved the required weight loss.
- Award Payment: Any monetary award will be paid out in the form of a check within 14 business days from the conclusion of the Challenge.
- Disqualifications: Any participant suspected of cheating in the Challenge will be disqualified immediately, have their website access removed, and banned from registering for the program again.
- What Constitutes Cheating: Excessive hydration or bingeing prior to initial Weigh-In, tampering with the scales or verification pictures, weight-loss surgeries or procedures done during the Challenge, starvation, dehydration, or any other activities that can be deemed unhealthy.
- Refunds: Sorry no refunds except with urgent medical exceptions and with the submission of note from a physician advising to stop participation. Medical notes must be submitted via mail (PRIOR to the last day of the Challenge) to the following address: RAMfitness, LLC 8355 Genova Way, Lake Worth, FL 33467.
