​About this Goal:
When it comes to the pinnacle of being fit and healthy, it's not a surprise that the common reference is lean, chiseled six-pack abs. Health and exercise magazines adorn their covers models flaunting their washboard abs and weight-loss clubs taut them as the ultimate prize.

Now, whether this is the right thing to do or not is not my goal here. I put together this plan to help you strengthen your core and reduce the amount of body fat covering it.
