My biggest obstacle during the transformation challenge was changing my eating habits such as cutting back on sweets and late night eating’s. I love sweets such as dessert and cakes and it was really hard for me at the beginning to really cut to a small moderation every other week.
My friends in the challenge kept me motivated to stay in the transformation challenge because after working 12-13 hours shift it is really difficult to excursive if you do not have that extra motivation.
During the transformation challenge, I have change my diet by eating smaller portions, cutting back on soda, making healthier choices, and avoiding eating after 8 pm. Also, I would allow myself to cheat at least once a week and eat something I really enjoy.
My advice to others that want to join a transformation challenge is first that you must believe in yourself that you can lose weight and look great. It is not easy but with hard work and dedication it can happen.
This is not the end of my transformation challenge, for me it will be a continuation of life style changes. I will join the next transformation challenge and continue on my journey to taking care of myself and looking great.
