My biggest challenge was making sure I completed each week's requirements. This is my 3rd challenge and I had many obstacles that took my time away from focusing on my fitness goals. My goal was to complete the challenge and come in under last year's weight which I did!
My motivation was the will to not be a quitter. I wanted to finish and I made it.
I ate low carb, low fat, lean protein, and low carb veggies.
Advice to Others:
I would say regular exercise is the key. You don't have to go crazy just weight training twice a week (got to love that Speedline) and walk as much as you can.
I am in the best shape I have been since high school and it feels good. I want to try and inspire others and to keep my family healthy with the new lifestyle we are living.
