To quit night-eating What motivated you to stay on the course? In the middle of the challenge I visited my mom & saw the effects of years of high blood pressure & medications. I knew I didn’t have to age the same way my mom did. Did your diet change? If so How? I’d started cleaning up my diet at the start the year and continued it. I did start green juice. Nasty as it is, it seemed to really take away any cravings for sugar/salt/fat as my pH shifted. What advice could you give to others that want the same results? Keep at it because it WILL work. How is this experience going to affect you going forward? Now I know how the gauge my activity Level and stay active. I also have new habits - 12 weeks is long enough to make new ones that I can carry forward. |
