My biggest challenge was not to quit, to keep going and not stop until I have reached my goal. What motivated you to stay on the course? My motivation was my kids. They have motivated me to wake up early and participate in all the exciting new challenges. Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed! Yes my diet has changed. I am now eating better with more vitamins, fiber, healthy proteins, fruits, vegetables, and no junk food. What advice could you give to others that want the same results? My advice to others would be to give it some time and stick with it. The results you will see in the end and how good and happy it will make you feel is worth it. How is this experience going to affect you going forward? The experience will help me keep moving forward fueled by the beautiful results I have seen and what they have done to me. |
