The biggest challenge for me was getting myself back into a workout mode.
What motivated you to stay on the course?
Rami is the biggest motivator anyone could wish for , his support and gentle pressure for you to accomplish your goals really gives you the motivation to push through.
Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed!
My diet really didn't change that much as I tend to watch what I eat .
What advice could you give to others that want the same results?
Go and join the gym , weather you do the challenge or not , equipment is superior there's loads of different things you can do , and you have the advantage of a personal trainer any time any day!
How is this experience going to affect you going forward?
I am now back on track for workout mode . I will carry on my good start and continue under Rami's guidance
