What was your biggest challenge / obstacle (s)?
My biggest challenge was to balance my workout schedule with work and class schedule.
 
What motivated you to stay on the course?
I was getting in shape and I wanted to get myself in better shape. This motivated me to complete the transformation challenge.
 
Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed!
I stopped eating empty calorie foods such as as soda, chocolate, and concentrated juice. I ate more fruits, vegetables and protein based foods. I lowered my fatty foods and simple carbohydrate foods.
 
What advice could you give to others that want the same results?
Stay motivated. It may be hard in the beginning to balance your workout schedule and change your eating habits. But it'll be automatic after you force yourself to do it for few weeks. And then, the good workout schedule and good eating habits will be your norm and before you know it, you will be healthier and in the best shape of your life.
 
How is this experience going to affect you going forward?
It is going to help me stay motivated, stay healthy, work hard and eat a balanced diet. Eating healthy diet consistently along with scheduled workout plan are the only way to procure the best body of your life. I will be conscious about eating healthy, and workout at least 3 days a week to keep my body and health in shape.
