My challenge was my daily “diet” routine for nutritional intake. What motivated you to stay on the course? Being a part of a Team and seeing our results as we went thru it together. Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed! Yes, breakfast: Eggs & fruits plus lots of water. Lunch: protein (fish & chicken) without bread. Dinner: salad & veggie, a stir fry plus lots of water. What advice could you give to others that want the same results? Commit fully (mentally) to your goals and you’ll see the benefits. How is this experience going to affect you going forward? Now I have a routine to maintain & I know it can be done even at this age and schedule. |
