What was your biggest challenge / obstacle (s)?
My biggest challenge was finding time to exercise and staying motivated to eat right.
What motivated you to stay on the course?
I was able to stay on course because my teammates and I were constantly encouraging each other every step of the way. For example, we kept texting and saying, "You can't eat that!"
Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed!
I tried to improve my diet by infusing more fruits, vegetables, and nuts. Much less of my kids' snack foods!
What advice could you give to others that want the same results?
My advice to anyone wanting to do this is to go at your own pace and cut yourself some slack. Don't forget to have fun.
How is this experience going to affect you going forward?
Going forward, I hope to keep up the momentum and continue to lose weight and gain strength.
