I had to stop making every excuse in the book why not to go and work out! I also had to make time to work out in my busy life! What motivated you to stay on the course? When only a few weeks into working out I started to see a physical change in my body. My cloths began to fit better! I felt more energetic and not so tired all the time! Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed! Yes! No carbs after 2pm, larger lunches, and smaller dinners full of protein! It wasn’t easy but I also stopped drinking diet soda! What advice could you give to others that want the same results? Please take advantage of this great opportunity to be successful at losing weight and eating right! The Wellness Center is the BEST place to start your new lifestyle!! Our in-house Trainer (Rami) motivates you, you just have to make the first move by walking in the door! You get help with your workout, your nutrition and most importantly encouragement every day!! Everyone there is so nice to each other, encouraging words when I didn’t think I could do some of the challenges!! You never feel embarrassed but always feel like everyone is cheering you on! How is this experience going to affect you going forward? For me this is a life style change! I’m going to keep it going! |
