What was your biggest challenge / obstacle (s)?
The cardio challenges are the toughest of all and the first few weeks of trying to lose weight are difficult because you have to get yourself in the mindset of 'I need to lose weight.
What motivated you to stay on the course?
My lunch changed and I think that's what made the biggest impact. Instead of eating the blue plate special I changed my lunch to eating the same thing every day and even though it sounds sacrificial I haven't gotten tired of it. No soda or junk food. Just water!
Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed!
Find something that motivates you and think before you eat something you know you shouldn't eat. It will taste good right then, but will you feel bad about it later? If you know you aren't going to go to the gym don't stuff yourself and say "Oh I'll burn it off later." Only treat if you feel you deserve it. That's what I did.
What advice could you give to others that want the same results?
I made it a habit to eat right and to exercise more than before. I hadn't worked out in quiet some time so this pushed me to go to the gym and run at home. I enjoyed it.
