My biggest challenges were changing my diet and times I ate.

I was motivated by weighing in on Fridays and seeing the results of my work.
Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed!
YES! I cut out rice, pasta, bread, potatoes and sweets. I made dinner a light meal.
What advice could you give to others that want the same results?
Definitely have a goal you are working towards!
