My biggest challenges were changing my diet and times I ate. What motivated you to stay on the course? I was motivated by weighing in on Fridays and seeing the results of my work. Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed! YES! I cut out rice, pasta, bread, potatoes and sweets. I made dinner a light meal. What advice could you give to others that want the same results? Definitely have a goal you are working towards! How is this experience going to affect you going forward? This experience will be what I reflect on when I need motivation! |
