Exercise, because, I though always there is no time, but I got time.
What motivated you to stay on the course?
That just at begin I start feeling well, stronger, not tired really well. I need to keep going!

Yes!!!! Also my grocery shopping list, I checking the sugars and fat on labels!
What advice could you give to others that want the same results?
Just decide to do and enjoy doing it.
How is this experience going to affect you going forward?
Always I thought that I have to start doing something to feel better and loose weigh, but I did not how to do it. Ttc is a wonderful program because is teaching us how to do in a very safe side. Thanks a lot I will keep doing.
