My biggest challenge/obstacle was completing the strength challenges. I was able to complete all, but unfortunately not the maximum points possible. Using my body weight (crunches, leg raises, plank, etc) is much easier than chest pressing, swat, leg extensions of 65% or more.
My motivation was to get defined abdominals. In order for me to obtain it, Rami's advise was to reduce and eventually eliminate carbohydrates. I did cut back and ate my carbs earlier in the day, but I must admit I really can not totally eliminate carbs (still working on it). I tried to attend an ab class at least once weekly, and I have seen a significant improvement in the region.
Losing 6% body fat also helped with my ab definition. So, I have seen results and I will continue with the program, that is working out and weekly weigh ins. I next goal will be to increase my strength and possibly in the next challenge I will be able to chest press 100% body weight. Yeah
