What was your biggest challenge / obstacle (s)?
Eating right. There are constant opportunities to eat junk and cheat but you just have to realize in the long run it isn’t worth it.
What motivated you to stay on the course?
I used to be morbidly obese so I know what it’s like to lose control and be super unhealthy and I want to do everything I can to never go back to that.
Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed!
I tried to cut down on the carbs, especially at night. And no more late night eating.
What advice could you give to others that want the same results?
Keep going. Even on days when you don’t feel like doing anything, do SOMETHING. Anything. A 20 minute walk is better than nothing.
How is this experience going to affect you going forward?
I’ve done the challenge a few times and it’s always a good way to get you back on track as far as working out and eating right.
