It’s hard to believe that the challenge is almost over. My biggest challenge would have to be just getting here (the Employee Wellness Center) and taking the time to getting myself healthier. What motivated you to stay on the course? My motivation came from my teammates encouraging and cheering me on and the encouraging words of our Trainer at the gym and at each weigh in. This helped keep me motivated and coming back to the gym each and every week. Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed! My diet changed in the way as I had to learn to eat the right way not one meal a day as I had for years but 3 actual meals a day which helped to boost my metabolism. I now have more energy than I have had in a very long time. What advice could you give to others that want the same results? My advice to others is this “Do it for yourself!” You deserve a healthier happier version of yourself. How is this experience going to affect you going forward? The effect this experience is going to have on me going forward is that I like the results I see so far and the way I feel about myself. So, I am going to continue this journey I have begun and reach the goal I have for myself. |
