My biggest challenge was having the confidence in myself that I could do the strength challenges. Through Rami’s guidance on how to and know that you can, I did it! What motivated you to stay on the course? TEAM SPIRIT! I love the support of my fellow co-workers. Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed! YES! I learned to eat more! By eating “More” I mean eating more than just 3 meals a day in small portions, more of the right fruits and vegetables and drink lots and lots of water. What advice could you give to others that want the same results? Stay motivated. Just know that a better and healthier you is on the way. Always believe in yourself and know that you can be the best that you can be if you only know that you can. My motto is I. A.A.M. (It’s All About Me!) How is this experience going to affect you going forward? I am now confident that I will be a healthier and better! |
