Finding the time to work out, especially after a long work day. What motivated you to stay on the course? Feeling good after working out and everyone noticing the change and the scale doesn't lie. Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed! Yes. Now I know what to eat and what not to eat before going to bed. The Challenge provided me with all the necessary details to help me eat better. What advice could you give to others that want the same results? Join the Employee Gym! Do the challenge and stick to it. Your life will be so much be better. Just be consistent! How is this experience going to affect you going forward? I'll keep applying the Challenge principles so I can reach my target weight and keep it. I can't wait for the next challenge. |
