Improvement: 4+% Body Fat Reduction Time: 3 months Program: 2019 Total Transformation Challenge What was your biggest challenge / obstacle (s)? My biggest challenge was eating the right things. What motivated you to stay on the course? I found Rami to be a great source of motivation with staying on track with my nutrition and completing challenges. Also, seeing my body change, and knowing that my overall health will be better in the long run were other sources of motivation! Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed! I began to eat a little more protein and vegetables. Cut out junk foods. Also, managing my portions of food played a part. I still find this part the most challenging! What advice could you give to others that want the same results? I would say to try to understand that it is a process, and if you don’t see results right away, don’t be discouraged. If you keep working hard week by week and focus on your goals, then you will have success. How is this experience going to affect you going forward? I plan on keeping up my healthy habits of eating right and exercising so I can reach further goals of mine. |
