My biggest challenge was cutting back on my portions and trying not to snack on goodies that patients brought in. What motivated you to stay on the course? I wanted to get back to the shape I was in from the last challenge. I gained most of he weight back that had lost from winning last year. I plan to keep this weight off this time. Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed! I did not change my diet that much. I just ate smaller portions and was conscious of trying not to over eat carbs and take in less calories form alcohol. What advice could you give to others that want the same results? Take baby steps at first. Make small changes in your diet as well as exercise. Once you start to see the scale go down it should give you the motivation to step it up but don't get discouraged with minor setbacks. How is this experience going to affect you going forward? Hopefully I am able to live a healthier life style and keep slowly losing a few more pounds to get to my desired physique. |
