Why??? First Marisol who got me to walk in the door. She has been the best workout buddy anyone could ask for. Been by my side through all the sweat and tears. Encouraging every challenge! Second (Lol) Rami who motivates you to accomplish things you never thought possible!
He connects with every person on their level and developed a plan for total fitness.
Why??? It’s that little nod, wink you get in the hall or cafeteria...it’s the high five while passing in the hall at work....it’s .the are you going today???...where were you yesterday???..it’s that person who stays behind to see what you can do....it’s that person who ask what are the hours??? Can I join??? It’s about the change in your body, diet and lifestyle...it’s about....YOUR own person challenge!!!

Yes..I now think about everything I eat and how it will effect my body.
What advice could you give to others that want the same results?
Start by walking in the door! Find a good workout buddy. Listen to Rami and make this your own personal challenge.
How is this experience going to affect you going forward?
I feel that after completing this challenge it has become a way of life. I have a whole new family of workout buddies. On to the next challenge!
