Name: R. Senatus
Improvement: 5% Reduction in Body Fat
Time: 3 months
Program: 2016 Total Transformation Challenge

What was your biggest challenge / obstacle (s)?
During this challenge, I struggled a little at the beginning with several things such as scheduling time to workout two to three times a week. However, I can say that truly my biggest obstacle was staying on point with my diet because I used to eat out a lot with my friends, and I thought cooking was time consuming (not anymore).

What motivated you to stay on the course?
My main motivation is myself because I really wanted to change my lifestyle and be healthier. Another motivation was how the challenge is set up, even if I had a bad week, I still have time to fix it, become better, developing new healthy habits instead of giving up.

Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed!
Yes my diet changed. I started cooking healthy meals that I saw on the program’s own cook book and on youtube, which saved me a lot of money (and that's awesome). On the other hand, I still struggle a little at work because sometimes I forget to eat or don't have enough time to eat therefore I just grab anything. Also I drink a lot of coffee during the day.

What advice could you give to others that want the same results?
Honestly, your diet is the most important thing during the challenge. The only advice I can give is to eat well, explore the wonderful world of healthy cooking (definitely get the TTC Cook Book), and exercise as much as you can (not too much though).

How is this experience going to affect you going forward?
This experience is teaching me how to take control over my life, my health (mental and physical), and my body, instead of food controlling me. I will eventually reach my goal weight, feel better about myself, and have a healthy lifestyle. In addition, I want to set a good example for my little sister and some of my friends.
