Biggest obstacles / challenges faced:
The biggest challenge is at work. It seems that there are always temptations for bad food choices. So I constantly have to say no to the doughnuts and cookies and fancy coffee drinks. At least at home you can control the food and drinks that are available to you.
This is a fantastic, practical program to follow. It encourages you to do better. It challenges you to get stronger. During the Transformation Challenge, at the end of each week when you step on that scale you hope it went down. Otherwise you got some explaining to do.
What about diet?
I have become a devoted calorie counter. I eat every 2-3 hours, I believe this helps keep my metabolism going.
My advice to others wanting similar results:
The best advice I can give is to not quit. If you continue to follow the program then success will always follow.
How is this experience going to affect you going forward?
I plan to continue practicing what I learned over the last 12 weeks. This will keep me in check. I hope to get stronger and continue to keep the excess weight off.
