Completing the miles.
What motivated you to stay on the course?
A group of friends with whom I went walking: Laureen, Penny and Marisol.
My blood pressure also showed remarkable improvement. This more than anything else motivates me to stay the course.
Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed!
Not really. I did not want to lose weight; I just want to be fitter, stronger, and have more stamina.
What advice could you give to others that want the same results?
You must have a reason for starting the challenge whether it's losing weight and/or becoming stronger and healthier. Without a reason, you have nothing to keep you motivated. Also important, it should be fun!
How is this experience going to affect you going forward?
I'll keep going to the gym! I've seen the results and I want to keep myself in the best health possible!
