My biggest challenge was getting started. The first week is the hardest! After that initial phase it becomes much easier as a routine

I was motivated to stay on course by the competitiveness of the challenge

My diet didn’t really change much. I try to eat reasonably with occasional cheat meals. I did not really want to lose weight, only gain strength
What advice could you give to others that want the same results?
I would suggest, to people getting started, that all you need to do is get passed the initial 1-2 week phase, initiating a routine
How is this experience going to affect you going forward?
This experience will continually affect me going forward because I will continue to join the challenges not only for the competitiveness but to stay in shape as well
