What was your biggest challenge / obstacle (s)?
To make the time for the workouts, and to start prioritizing this above other things to do.
What motivated you to stay on the course?
The goal, the weekly achievements and my teammates. It is very rewarding to see less pounds in the scale reading every week and also to have the support of your teammates pursuing the same goal.
Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed!
Yes, it changed. More veggies and salad, no rice or bread at all. I kept pasta once in a while. I am avoiding fried food and fast food in general. Also, my portions are smaller.
What advice could you give to others that want the same results?
Be constant and you will see the results.
How is this experience going to affect you going forward?
I feel comfortable with the changes in my life. I do not feel it is a sacrifice, actually I'm enjoying the gym and the healthy food. I exercise the way I like, choosing the workouts that make me relax, like zumba. Regarding the nutrition is a little bit more challenging, but I have learned about new ways to prepare colorful and delicious plates with awesome flavor but healthy first.
